The Med and Supplement List October

I know this might not be a super exciting entry today to some, but got the idea from one of my Lymie friends, and I should also be carrying a list of these with me wherever I go in case of anything was to happen. I use to, but I forget just about everything, and medications change so much.

Other than the altercations of antibiotics every 4 to 6 weeks, this has been pretty solid. So, when I finish this list, I will be printing it out and putting it in my purse. Killing two birds with one stone. And those of you that are curious can see what my particular protocol is.
